1. Disclaimer: 

LUX Authentics is an authentication service specializing in luxury brands. We are not associated with, endorsed by, or affiliated with any of the brands we authenticate. All trademarks mentioned belong solely to their respective brand owners.  We do not purport any form of affiliation and solely focus on validating the authenticity of pre-owned luxury items through a meticulous authentication process that considers multiple factors, including but not limited to design type, materials, construction, sourcing, and more. 

2. Liability: 

Lux Authentics will not assume liability for any damages or losses beyond the purchase price incurred as a result of a product being determined as not authentic. It is important to note that while our authenticators strive to provide accurate assessments, the opinion rendered by a Lux authenticator is not considered to be 100% definitive. In the realm of luxury authentication, no third-party authenticator can claim absolute certainty in their assessments.

3.  LUX Authentics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Customers are responsible for the accurate representation and submission of items for authentication. LUX Authentics shall not be held liable for discrepancies in customer-provided information.
 

4. Indemnification Clause: 

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold LUX Authentics harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of our services or any breach of these terms and conditions.
 

5. Correction of Errors: 

LUX Authentics reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the authentication process. Customers will be duly informed of such corrections and any necessary actions to be taken.
 

6. Other Legal Liability Disclaimers:

All content provided on our website is for informational purposes only. LUX Authentics does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information presented. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of our services or terms and conditions at our discretion.
 

7. Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions and any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be governed by the laws of Whitley County, Kentucky. Any mediation or legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Whitley County, Kentucky.
